These terms are the agreement between you and Vidyn.AI (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Target 720 app and this website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
- The Service is intended for NEET (UG) aspirants and is offered in India.
- If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of it.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your account details up to date.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google or Apple account. Your account is personal to you — do not share it, sell it, or let anyone else use it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@vidyn.ai if you think someone else has access to it.
3. What we license to you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and its content for your own exam preparation, on devices you control, for as long as your account is in good standing.
4. What you must not do
- Copy, download in bulk, screenshot systematically, record, republish, sell, distribute or share our content — including chapters, explanations, diagrams and questions — in any form, on any platform, whether or not for money.
- Use the Service to build, train or improve any other product, dataset or model.
- Scrape or harvest content, call our APIs outside the app, reverse-engineer the app, or bypass any technical limit or paywall.
- Share your account, or use one subscription for more than one person.
- Interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or upload anything malicious.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund.
5. Our content and intellectual property
All content in the Service — text, explanations, questions, diagrams, the software, the design, the name and the logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.
Target 720 is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the NCERT, CBSE, or any examination authority or educational board. Names of examinations, boards and textbooks are used only to describe what the Service covers, and belong to their respective owners.
6. Content you create
Your answers, notes, bookmarks and progress are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so that we can operate the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Free and paid access
- Part of the Service is available free. The rest requires a paid subscription.
- Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions bought inside the app are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. Where we offer a subscription directly, it is sold by us and processed by our payment provider.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel a store subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not in our app; you cancel a subscription bought directly from us by writing to us.
- Refunds are governed by the Refunds & Cancellations policy. In short: a store purchase is refundable only by Apple or Google under their own policies, and we cannot issue one; a subscription bought directly from us is not refundable, except for a billing error or where §9 below applies. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period.
- We may change prices or what a plan includes. A price change takes effect only from your next renewal, and you will be told before it applies.
8. What we do not promise
The Service is study material, not a guarantee of a result. We do not promise any score, rank, qualification or admission. Your outcome depends on your own work.
- We work hard on accuracy — content is checked against NCERT and reviewed before it ships — but we do not warrant that it is free of every error. If you find a mistake, please report it at support@vidyn.ai and we will correct it.
- The Service is provided “as is”. It needs an internet connection and may be unavailable during maintenance or a fault.
- Nothing in the Service is medical, legal or career advice.
- The syllabus, exam pattern and marking scheme are set by the examination authority and can change. Always confirm official details with the authority directly.
9. Changing or ending the Service
We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may stop offering the Service. If we withdraw it entirely, we will give reasonable notice and, where you have paid for a period you cannot use, a proportionate refund through the relevant store.
10. Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. Deleting your account erases your data and does not by itself cancel a store subscription; cancel that in your Apple or Google account settings.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost marks or lost admission arising from your use of the Service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection right you have to bring a claim where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the version and date above and, for a significant change, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
