These terms are the agreement between you and Vidyn.AI (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Target 720 app and this website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
- The Service is intended for NEET (UG) aspirants and is offered in India.
- If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of it.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your account details up to date.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google or Apple account. Your account is personal to you — do not share it, sell it, or let anyone else use it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@vidyn.ai if you think someone else has access to it.
3. What we license to you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and its content for your own exam preparation, on devices you control, for as long as your account is in good standing.
4. What you must not do
- Copy, download in bulk, screenshot systematically, record, republish, sell, distribute or share our content — including chapters, explanations, diagrams and questions — in any form, on any platform, whether or not for money.
- Use the Service to build, train or improve any other product, dataset or model.
- Scrape or harvest content, call our APIs outside the app, reverse-engineer the app, or bypass any technical limit or paywall.
- Share your account, or use one subscription for more than one person.
- Interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or upload anything malicious.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund.
5. Our content and intellectual property
All content in the Service — text, explanations, questions, diagrams, the software, the design, the name and the logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.
Target 720 is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the NCERT, CBSE, or any examination authority or educational board. Names of examinations, boards and textbooks are used only to describe what the Service covers, and belong to their respective owners.
6. Content you create
Your answers, notes, bookmarks and progress are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so that we can operate the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Accounts and subscriptions
- Creating an account is free. The first chapter of Physics, Chemistry and Biology for each of Class 11 and Class 12 is free to read. All other course content requires a paid subscription.
- Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions bought inside the app are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. Where we offer a subscription directly, it is sold by us and processed by our payment provider.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled. A store subscription is managed and cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not in our app, and must be turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop the next renewal. A subscription bought directly from us can be cancelled at any time from your account, under You → Cancel subscription, or by writing to us; cancelling stops every future renewal straight away, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. A Plus subscription bought directly from us can be upgraded to Pro for a one-time fee; Pro starts at once, the renewal date does not change, and the subscription then renews at the Pro price.
- Free trials. On Android and on the web, you can start a free trial of the plan you choose, Plus or Pro, for the trial length shown in the app at the time you start it. It needs no payment details, ends automatically when the trial length is up, and we never charge you for it. You get one free trial per person (per sign-in identity), even if the account is deleted and created again, and a trial is not available to an account that has previously paid for a subscription. If you buy a subscription during a trial, the paid term starts immediately and any unused trial days are not carried over. On iPhone and iPad, a free trial is an Apple introductory offer: it converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends, and Apple's terms govern that billing and any refund. - Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy. In short: a store purchase is refundable only by Apple or Google under their own policies, and we cannot issue one; a subscription bought directly from us is not refundable, except for a billing error or where §9 below applies. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period.
- We may change prices or what a plan includes. A price change takes effect only from your next renewal, and you will be told before it applies.
8. What we do not promise
The Service is study material, not a guarantee of a result. We do not promise any score, rank, qualification or admission. Your outcome depends on your own work.
- We work hard on accuracy — content is checked against NCERT and reviewed before it ships — but we do not warrant that it is free of every error. If you find a mistake, please report it at support@vidyn.ai and we will correct it.
- The Service is provided “as is”. It needs an internet connection and may be unavailable during maintenance or a fault.
- Nothing in the Service is medical, legal or career advice.
- The syllabus, exam pattern and marking scheme are set by the examination authority and can change. Always confirm official details with the authority directly.
9. Changing or ending the Service
We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may stop offering the Service. If we withdraw it entirely, we will give reasonable notice and, where you have paid for a period you cannot use, a proportionate refund through the relevant store.
10. Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. Deleting your account erases your data and does not by itself cancel a store subscription; cancel that in your Apple or Google account settings.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost marks or lost admission arising from your use of the Service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection right you have to bring a claim where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the version and date above and, for a significant change, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Referral programme
You can invite friends to Target 720 with your own referral code, which you will find in the app under You → Refer & earn. When a friend you referred makes their first paid purchase, we send you a shopping voucher. Your friend gets nothing for entering your code — it only tells us that you referred them.
14.1 The reward
- The reward is an e-commerce voucher, which we buy and send to you ourselves.
- Its value and supplier are the ones shown in the app under You → Refer & earn at the moment your friend enters your code. If we change the reward later, that referral keeps the reward that was shown then.
- The voucher is subject to its supplier's terms, including any expiry, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
14.2 When a referral earns it
- Your friend must enter your code in the app before their first paid purchase — when they sign up, or later under You. A code entered after that purchase does not count.
- A friend can be referred by one person only. Once a code is entered it cannot be changed.
- The reward is earned only by your friend's first paid purchase of a Target 720 subscription — in the app through Apple or Google, or directly from us. A free trial, or an introductory price set in the App Store or Google Play, is not a paid purchase; a purchase made with one of our own offer codes is. If your friend enters your code during a free trial, the referral counts from the day your friend first pays for a subscription.
- None of your friend's payments to us — including a refund of a duplicate charge — may be refunded, in whole or in part, before we send the voucher.
- The referral becomes eligible 14 days after your friend's first paid purchase.
- No voucher is sent where your friend paid no more than the voucher is worth.
14.3 How and when we send it
- We email the voucher to the email address on your Target 720 account. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, we send it to the relay address Apple gave us for your account.
- We aim to email the voucher within 7 working days of the referral becoming eligible, or of the last condition in this section being met if that is later (for example, you adding an email address to your account).
- We cannot send a voucher while your account has no email address.
- We send no voucher for a referral while a request to delete your account or your friend's is pending, or once either account has been deleted.
- We may deduct or report tax on a reward where the law requires it.
14.4 Limits and fair use
- You may not refer yourself — including through a second account — or create accounts to earn vouchers.
- We send no more than ₹15,000 in vouchers to one account in a financial year (1 April to 31 March), counted by the date we send each voucher (Indian Standard Time). A referral that would take you past the cap for the financial year is sent from 1 April, when the next financial year's cap applies.
- If you are under 18, you may take part only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
- We may withhold or refuse a voucher where we reasonably believe a referral is not genuine.
14.5 Your name on the image you share
When you share from Refer & earn, the app makes an image that shows your first name, your referral code and a QR code for your link. You choose whether to share it and who receives it. See the Privacy Policy for what we record about referrals.
14.6 Apple, Google, and changes
- Apple and Google are not sponsors of the referral programme and are not involved in running it.
- We may change or end the programme at any time. Friends who entered your code before the programme ends still earn you the reward, under these rules.
